arrow How long do treatments take?
Normally a daily treatment visit will take between 10 and 15 minutes.  Most of the time involved is in patient setup, while the actual radiation delivery time is between 45 seconds to 75 seconds per treatment field.  A simple treatment can consist of one or two fields; a more complex treatment plan may have more fields but the overall radiation delivery time will be no more than a few minutes. We, here at ROI, do our best to respect your time and normally stay on schedule. We ask that you arrive for your treatments early so that we may have you on the table and ready to treat at the time you are scheduled.
